WTF?!: the Monday Morning Edition

I almost didn't get this shot this morning but it was worth almost getting my ass cursed out. In case it's hard for you to tell, that's a french roll (yes, apparently they still make those) with finger waves on top. I don't know when this hair style was ever popular in the DMV so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she's from somewhere in the South. Monday mornings....gotta love 'em!
